Tornado Alley - Chaser Convergence Party in Woodward

Woodward, OK

Today we are heading to the Kansas/Oklahoma border. There is a 5% tornado risk and a 30% chance of severe hail (larger than 3" in diameter).

We didn't end up seeing a tornado today but we did see some gorgeous structure and some mammatus at sunset.

If you look closely, you can see Greg waving hello.

We ended the night in Woodward, Oklahoma, where we had a little party with a handful of other chasers. Many of them also Canadian.
